PAWSA is a name that has consistently risen from the forefront of the global house and techno scene. Based in London, he began his ascent with the release of a standout EP on Lost Records in 2014. Titled Pilot, the record made waves on Beatport and within the dance community, laying the foundation for his continued rise.
Gaining momentum, PAWSA quickly earned the support of industry heavyweights such as Green Velvet and Nicole Moudaber, who released his EPs on Relief Records and MOOD Records respectively. He also counts Adam Beyer and Pan-Pot among his early champions, further confirming his trajectory as a producer set to leave a lasting imprint.
In 2015, PAWSA co-founded Solid Grooves Records alongside Michael Bibi. With the motto “let the music do the talking”, the label became a launchpad for PAWSA’s subsequent releases, including the acclaimed Stage Two EP. As a sister venture to the well-known Solid Grooves events—held regularly in London, Ibiza, and Berlin—the label has played a crucial role in PAWSA’s artistic development.
His signature sound—inventive tech house with a retro, old-school edge—is built for the dancefloor. As a DJ, PAWSA is known for delivering carefully curated, atmospheric sets that showcase his commitment to traditional DJ craftsmanship: creating and playing music meant to move crowds. He has performed at some of the most prestigious clubs across Europe and held a much-discussed residency at Sankeys Ibiza in 2015.
Beyond his performances and productions, PAWSA is also behind the beloved PAWSA’s Mixtape Series, as well as Groover Essentials, a platform offering weekly tips for aspiring DJs and producers.
