The Cave del Duca They are NOT within walking distance of the centre of Lecce. To ensure your smooth participation in the event, we have paid parking spaces for private cars and work with official Festival private or shared transport services that will allow you to arrive safely at the Cave.

How to get to Lecce
By plane
- Brindisi Airport - Salento (BDS), 57 Km from Lecce (45”)
- Bari Karol Wojtyła Airport (BRI), 178 km from Lecce (120”)
From both airports it is possible to reach Lecce by bus, private transfer or hire car. From Bari, also by train.
By train/bus
Lecce is connected to the main Italian cities by high-speed trains, intercity trains, regional trains and local, regional and national buses.
- Railway station: Piazzale Oronzo Massari, 73100 Lecce LE - 5.4 km from Cave del Duca
- Bus station: Piazzale Carmelo Bene ( Foro Boario) City Bus Terminal, 73100 Lecce LE - 7,4 km from Cave del Duca

How to get around in Lecce
To get around the city, we recommend getting around on foot, by bicycle (these can be rented either from private individuals or by using the city's bike-sharing scheme) or with the city buses of the SGM lines.
To reach the Cave del Duca take the SGM bus R7* and get off at the “Leuca - Pepini” stop, then a 20-minute walk.

We always recommend booking any private transfers (taxis and NCCs) in advance (at least 10-15 days before arrival).
