FOREWORD  

Music Adventure SRL (hereafter referred to as "The Organiser") is the promoter of the Panorama Festival (hereafter referred to as "Festival" or "Event"), an event of musical performances (hereafter referred to as "Shows") scheduled from 14 to 17 August 2025 at Cave del Duca (Lecce).

DISSEMINATION OF THE REGULATION 

These regulations will be made available through publication:

• On the information boards at the entrance to the Event Area.
•   On the website of the authorised ticket office: ticketsms.co.uk.
•   On the event's official website: panoramafestival.it/regulation.

Music Adventure SRL, as organiser of the Festival, establishes the following conditions with reference to its Event and reserves the right to amend these Regulations without prior notice.

1.  RULES FOR ACCESS TO THE EVENT AREA

Access to the Event Area of the Panorama Festival is allowed, in addition to personnel authorised by the Organiser, to all spectators in possession of tickets issued by the official sales channels (Official Site of the Event - TicketSms - and its authorised points of sale), valid and intact in all their parts. The Organiser may prevent spectators in possession of tickets that have not been issued by official sales channels, that are false or in any way irregular from entering or remaining in the Event Area, and reserves the right to act to protect its rights in the event of counterfeiting or abuse of any kind. 

Admission to the Show may be denied to those in possession of tickets that are not intact or not legible in every part. In accordance with regulations, admission tickets for the Festival and the Shows are nominative and non-transferable to third parties. The personnel authorised by the Organisers will check at the entrance that the details on the ticket correspond to those on a valid identity document of the holder.

Should they not correspond, the Organiser reserves the right to deny access, with no possibility of derogation or refund. Once you have accessed the Event Area via the QR Code contained in your ticket, the spectator may not exit and re-enter using the same ticket during the same day, without exception. Authorised personnel will carry out checks on prohibited objects at the entrance to the Event Area, as indicated in the appropriate section of these regulations, by means of customary checks and the use of metal detectors for security reasons.

2.  RULES WITHIN THE EVENT AREA

Spectators undertake to respect the general regulations, the instructions of the service personnel and the rules dictated by customary prudence. 

Appropriate and respectful behaviour towards people and things is required. Each spectator undertakes to follow the instructions of the security service and staff present. 

Throwing objects and trespassing on the fences of the Event Area and areas reserved for authorised personnel are not permitted. Behaviour that does not comply with public safety regulations, such as brawling, vandalism, selling or consumption of drugs, drunkenness and harassment, will result in immediate expulsion from the Event Area and exclusion from the event. 

The Organiser reserves the right to remove spectators who violate these general conditions, legal regulations, or orders of the competent authorities, without the possibility of refund.

3. AGE RESTRICTIONS

Events reserved for an audience of 18+.

4. ACCESS FOR DISABLED SPECTATORS

In order to ensure a serene, orderly and inclusive experience for all persons with disabilities participating in the Festival, an agreement has been made with L'Integrazione Onlus, as part of the AbilFesta project, and the following is announced:

A. Single ticket for a disabled person and accompanying person
Each person with a disability is entitled to enter the Festival with a single ticket valid for their accompanying person.
 It is important to note that there is no free or unreserved admission for either person. Tickets must be purchased in the official way.

B. Compulsory registration on AbilFesta for access to the reserved area
 The purchase of a ticket is not enough to gain access to the reserved area of the Festival.
 To be able to use this space and the dedicated services, it is necessary to register via the AbilFesta platform, following the instructions on the dedicated page.

During registration you will be asked to certify your disability status. This step is essential: only with correct registration will you be able to use the single ticket for yourself and your accompanying person.
 Otherwise, the organisation reserves the right to request the purchase of a second ticket for the accompanying person.

C. Receiving the Access QR
Once you have completed the registration procedure on AbilFesta and received confirmation, you will receive a personal QR code.
 This code, to be carried with you (also in digital format) along with your entrance ticket, will be needed to access the reserved area and benefit from the services provided.

D. Respect of access times and directions
In order to facilitate entry and ensure efficient management, it will be essential to respect the times and access arrangements indicated by AbilFesta in the registration confirmation.
 Failure to comply may result in delays or inability to use the dedicated services.

5.  AUDIO, PHOTO AND VIDEO RECORDINGS

Spectators participating in the Festival may be filmed, photographed or filmed and the images may be used for promotional and commercial material. By participating in the Festival, spectators consent to the use of their image without compensation. It is forbidden to record, photograph and film the Performances with professional audio or video equipment. The Organiser will carry out checks and take action against offenders to protect its own rights and those of the participating artists.

6. PROHIBITED OBJECTS IN THE EVENT AREA | The following objects are prohibited:

• Suitcases, trolleys, bags, large backpacks (over 10 litres or 30cm x 22cm).
• Alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages of any kind.
• Food of any kind.
• Animals of all sizes.
• Professional audio/video recording equipment and remote-controlled drones.
• Powerbank of any size.
• Bicycles, skateboards, scooters, hoverboards, skates, buggies.
• Tents, sleeping bags, chairs.
• Frisbees, boomerangs and flying objects.
• Umbrellas, selfie sticks and tripods, poles of all kinds.
• Flags and banners with corporate brands.
• Pens, torches and laser pointers.
•  Helmets, water bottles of any material.
• Musical instruments and stadium trumpets.
•  Drugs, poisons and other harmful substances.
• Flammable material (except lighters).
• Hazardous and/or blunt material.
• Liquids of all kinds in containers larger than 10 ml.
• Spray cans.
•  Drugs without a prescription in one's own name.

7.  PURCHASE OF FOOD AND DRINKS WITHIN THE EVENT AREA

The purchase and consumption of alcoholic beverages is restricted to persons over the age of 18, subject to checking of ID.

8.  FESTIVAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND TICKETING

 In the event of cancellation by the purchaser for any reason whatsoever, there will be no refund of either the price of admission tickets or any additional fees. 

It is possible to take advantage of the resale services on the TicketSms circuit and free of charge name change by and no later than the date and time indicated on the sales page, in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the Terms and Conditions and by following the procedures indicated in the following link: https://mag.ticketsms.it/all/cambio-nominativo/ – https://mag.ticketsms.it/resale/. 

As per national regulations in force, for tickets purchased through Carte Cultura bonuses, it is not permitted to change the name or resell them, as the bonus granted is strictly personal. Furthermore, as per regulations, tickets for access to the Festival and Shows are nominal and cannot be transferred to third parties, not even by proxy. 

The Organiser may change the place, date and time of the Event for technical organisational reasons or force majeure. In the event of cancellation, the terms of reimbursement will be communicated on the official website and on the websites of authorised dealers.
