No, unfortunately, for safety reasons, the Festival is open only to those aged 18 and over.
What are Tiers and how do they work?
Tickets on sale for the Panorama Festival are subject to different pricing tiers: the closer you get to the event date, the higher the price rises, according to different price brackets. You will only be able to purchase the tier that is available at the time of purchase.
What types of tickets exist?
General Access: entry to the arena at any time, with no time restrictions.
Backstage, to access premium services and be able to go on stage.
Can I buy my ticket directly at the festival?
Yes, but only if the event isn’t sold out. Please note that the price at the box office may be higher.
Can Panorama assist with ticket transfers, resales, name changes or refunds?
All ticket-related enquiries (including resales, name changes, refunds, access issues or assistance with orders) must be dealt with directly via the official ticketing platform where the purchase was made.
The Panorama Festival works with third-party ticketing providers and is unable to process or amend ticket orders directly.

You can enter with your ticket in digital or paper format, as long as it is intact and legible.

Access may be denied. We advise you to bring a readable, intact version.

A single ticket for disabled person + accompanying person to be purchased regularly on TicketSMS. Registration on the platform is mandatory AbilFesta to access the reserved area.

What happens if I lose or have a personal item stolen during the event?
We always advise not to bring valuables and to be careful with your personal belongings at all times. In the event of potential or actual loss or theft, a request should be made to hello@panoramafestival.it defining the object and the circumstances of the loss/theft and at the same time each customer must independently file a report with the local authorities, to be made outside the Festival venue, at the Police Headquarters.

Dangerous, harassing or unsafe behaviour will result in immediate expulsion without refund.
Can I bring food or drink inside?
No. It is forbidden to bring in food and drink of any kind.
Can I carry backpacks or large bags?
No. Only backpacks and bags up to 10 litres or 30×22 cm.
Can I bring a powerbank?
No, powerbanks are banned, regardless of size.
Can I bring professional cameras or instruments?
No. The use of professional audio/video equipment or drones is prohibited.
Will I be filmed or photographed during the Festival?
Yes. By participating in the Festival you consent to the use of your image for promotional and commercial purposes.
Can I take photos or videos?
Yes, only with personal and non-professional equipment. The use of professional equipment is prohibited.
Can I buy food and drinks inside the area?
Yes. There will be a food & drink area within the event.
The purchase of alcoholic beverages is restricted to persons over the age of 18, subject to checking of ID.
