PANORAMA FESTIVAL 2026

FOREWORD
Music Adventure SRL (hereinafter “the Organiser”) is the company organising the Panorama Festival (hereinafter referred to as “the Festival” or “Event”), a series of musical performances (hereinafter referred to as “Shows”) scheduled to take place from 14 to 16 August 2026 at Cave del Duca (Lecce).
DISSEMINATION OF THE REGULATION
These regulations will be made available through publication:
- On the information boards at the entrance to the Event Area.
- On the websites of authorised ticket offices
- On the event’s official website: panorama-festival.it/regulations.
Music Adventure SRL, as organiser of the Festival, establishes the following conditions with reference to its Event and reserves the right to amend these Regulations without prior notice.
1) RULES FOR ACCESS TO THE EVENT AREA
Access to the Panorama Festival Event Area is permitted not only to staff authorised by the Organiser, but also to all spectators in possession of tickets issued through official sales channels, provided they are valid and in good condition.
The Organiser may refuse entry to or expulsion from the Event Area to spectators in possession of tickets not issued through official sales channels, which are found to be counterfeit or in any way irregular, and also reserves the right to take action to protect its rights in the event of counterfeiting or abuse of any kind.
Admission to the show may be refused to anyone in possession of tickets that are damaged or illegible in any part.
In accordance with the regulations, tickets for the Festival and the performances are issued in the holder’s name and are not transferable to third parties. At the entrance, staff authorised by the Organiser will check that the details on the ticket match those on the holder’s valid identity document
Should these details not match, the Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry, with no exceptions or refunds.
The admission ticket (whether purchased as part of the 3-day package or as a single-day ticket) is valid for a single entry per day, which must take place before 3 a.m. Once entry to the Event Area has been granted by scanning the QR code on the ticket, the Spectator may not leave and re-enter using the same ticket on the same day, without exception.
In accordance with the instructions of the Organiser and the Competent Authorities, during entry procedures, authorised staff responsible for ensuring security within the Event Area will carry out checks for items prohibited within the said area, as indicated in the relevant section of these regulations, by means of the appropriate standard checks. The Organiser reserves the right, for security reasons, to carry out checks or inspections to prevent the introduction of items or objects deemed dangerous or prohibited, using equipment such as metal detectors.
2) TICKET INFORMATION AND SUPPORT
The sale, issuance, management and any transfer of Festival tickets are handled by ticketing platforms and authorised third-party retailers, which operate as independent service providers.
Panorama Festival does not directly handle the administrative and operational procedures relating to purchased tickets, including, but not limited to, requests for name changes, ticket transfers, authorised resales, cancellations, refunds, order amendments, duplication of tickets or any other activity related to ticket management.
For any enquiries, requests for information, disputes or issues relating to their ticket, the purchaser must contact only the platform or retailer from whom the ticket was purchased, in accordance with the terms and conditions set out by them.
Panorama Festival cannot be held liable for any restrictions, conditions, procedures, timelines or decisions adopted by ticketing platforms or authorised retailers in relation to the management of tickets purchased through their respective sales channels.
By purchasing and using the ticket, you agree to the terms and conditions and policies of the chosen ticketing platform, which the purchaser must refer to for all matters relating to their order.
3) RULES WITHIN THE EVENT AREA
By entering the Event Area, the Spectator undertakes to comply with the general regulations and any further instructions issued by the event staff, as well as to exercise due care at all times.
Within the Event Area, attendees are required to behave in a manner that is respectful and appropriate towards both people and property. All spectators undertake to comply with the instructions of security staff and other personnel present in the Event Area. In any event, the Organiser and the staff shall not be liable for any damage, accidents or harm to persons or property caused by carelessness or failure to comply with the Regulations and instructions.
It is mandatory to report and/or bring to the attention of the relevant staff any damage caused to property and/or injury to persons. In the event of an accident, this will be documented and recorded by the relevant staff at the first-aid post, which remains open and staffed throughout the performances. Any incidents not recorded in this register will be considered false and unreliable; consequently, the management will not be held liable for anything in such cases.
It is not permitted to throw objects of any kind or to cross the barriers of the Event Area or enter areas reserved for authorised staff; failure to comply will result in immediate removal from the area and exclusion from the event.
Any behaviour that contravenes public safety regulations is prohibited, such as, for example, fighting, vandalism, verbal abuse, harassment, the sale or use of drugs, drunkenness, political campaigning, or behaving in a manner that disturbs or spoils the enjoyment of other spectators. Spectators are prohibited from engaging in any form of selling or leafleting, both within the Festival grounds and in the outdoor Event Area adjacent to the entrances. Similarly, Spectators must refrain from making statements, uttering phrases, using gestures, writing or wearing clothing that may offend the dignity and honour of others and/or their religious beliefs and/or their origin and nationality. It is not permitted to enter the Event Area bare-chested or in swimwear; appropriate clothing that does not offend the sensibilities of other Spectators is required.
The Organiser reserves the right to remove a Spectator from the Event Area in the event of serious breaches of these general terms and conditions, violations of the law, orders from the competent authorities and, in any case, behaviour that is potentially dangerous to the safety and well-being of other spectators and/or to the peaceful and orderly conduct of the Show. Removal from the Festival entails the cancellation of the ticket, with no possibility of re-entry on subsequent days.
The Organiser shall not be held liable for any acts, incidents or breaches attributable in any way to Spectators; anyone who commits any act or incident in breach of these terms and conditions or any law or regulation shall be held directly liable before the authorities.
4) AGE RESTRICTIONS
The event is strictly reserved for those aged 18 and over, with no exceptions.
5) ACCESS FOR DISABLED SPECTATORS WITH REDUCED MOBILITY
Spectators with disabilities and/or reduced mobility who wish to attend the Festival’s performances in the seats reserved for them by law (located in a raised area to the side, approximately 30 metres from the stage, with seating) must purchase tickets in the normal way 1 combined ticket for a disabled person and a carer and complete the registration process on the AbilFesta platform via the link: https://lintegrazione.it/panorama-festival-2026/ They will thus receive two QR codes: one valid for entry for a disabled person and a carer, and one valid for assistance services, parking and access to the reserved area.
Applications must be received by 12 August 2026 at the latest, unless tickets go on sale earlier or the allocated places are filled.
AVAILABILITY OF SEATS IN THE RESERVED AREA: 30 + 30 accompanying persons
Once the maximum number of seats available in the disabled section for a performance has been filled, it is no longer possible to accommodate further requests for that performance*.
If the request is approved, the Organiser’s policy stipulates that the disabled person may attend the Show with a free ticket for their companion. Once registration on AbilFesta is complete, the association will send instructions on the procedures to follow for access to the Event Area.
*In accordance with current fire safety regulations for entertainment venues and public events (see the definition of “quiet zone”, Ministerial Decree of 19 August 1996), for reasons of safety and accessibility, specific and limited seating is reserved for people with disabilities within the Event venue, suitable for the particular mobility needs of wheelchair users and people with reduced or impaired mobility. For each performance, the Organiser reserves an adequate but necessarily limited number of seats for people with disabilities and their carers (who must be adults).
a) Access to the Posto Unico / VIP Lounge sections is prohibited for spectators with disabilities and in special circumstances
In accordance with the instructions issued by the relevant authorities and for essential safety reasons beyond the Organiser’s control, aimed at protecting spectators with disabilities who require mobility aids (e.g. prams, wheelchairs, crutches), such persons are prohibited from accessing the Track/Backstage areas.
If a spectator has previously purchased a ticket for the Single Seat / VIP Lounge sections and is subsequently unable to access them due to a certified temporary disability (for example: recent surgery, temporary use of walking aids), or due to a certified pregnancy, or is a holder of a certified disability without having submitted a specific request using the official forms or having received confirmation of accreditation from the Organiser via email, they shall not, under any circumstances:
- (a) exchange the ticket already purchased for one reserved for disabled spectators;
b) access the Reserved Area for disabled spectators, if all seats have been allocated and are fully booked*;
c) request a refund for a previously purchased ticket for the Posto Unico / VIP Lounge sections.
This is without prejudice to the Spectator’s right to request the resale of the ticket, in accordance with the procedures and terms set out in the dedicated section of these Regulations.
*If seats in the Reserved Area are still available on the day of the show, interested spectators may ask the organisers for access to this dedicated area once they arrive at the Event Area.

b) Pregnant women at risk and/or past the 21st week
Pregnant women are also entitled to request on the day seating for themselves and their companions within the area reserved for people with disabilities (located to the side, approximately 30 metres from the stage, and raised, with seating).
In this case, the Organiser nevertheless requires that both the pregnant woman and her companion purchase a standard ticket through the official sales channels, subject to availability.
6) AUDIO RECORDINGS, IMAGES AND VIDEOS
- (a) Use of images of spectators (including minors)
Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196 of 30 June 2006 (Privacy Code), Music Adventure SRL hereby informs all participants in the Festival, the Shows and related ancillary activities that they may be photographed, photographed, recorded or filmed, and that such images and footage may be used to produce promotional and/or commercial material relating to the Show itself and the relevant artists/individuals/partners. Specifically, staff authorised by the Organiser will use cameras, video cameras and drones.
Participants in the Festival give their consent to Music Adventure SRL, which may transfer this consent to third parties it appoints, to be photographed, filmed or recorded, and to the subsequent use of their image within the aforementioned promotional and/or commercial materials, disseminated via any means of communication known today and/or invented in the future, for any communicative, informational, advertising and/or commercial purposes and, more generally, for the promotion of the image, brand and services of Music Adventure SRL or the Festival without any time, territorial or spatial restrictions.
Spectators expressly acknowledge that they shall not be entitled to any remuneration for the use of their image by Music Adventure SRL and, accordingly, hereby waive any and all claims or objections relating to the use of such images by Music Adventure SRL.
Spectators hereby consent to Music Adventure SRL using their image, including in conjunction with the images of other Spectators, for any communication, informational, advertising and/or commercial purposes and, more generally, for the promotion of the image, brand and services of Music Adventure SRL or the Festival, expressly releasing Music Adventure SRL from any liability regarding the use that such other Spectators may make of their image.
Spectators are prohibited from recording, photographing or filming the Shows, in whole or in part, using professional audio or video equipment. The Organiser reserves the right to carry out any checks during the performance and to take action against offenders in order to fully protect its rights and those of the artists participating in the performance.
Failure to give such consent will result in you being unable to purchase a ticket or attend the show.
- b) CCTV
Spectators acknowledge that, within the Event Area, the Organiser has installed a video surveillance system solely for the purposes of security and the protection of persons and company property, and that the processing of Spectators“ personal data (collection, recording, storage and, in general, use of the relevant images) is carried out in accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal data and, in particular, with the Provision of the Italian Data Protection Authority on video surveillance pursuant to European Regulation 679/2016 ”GDPR”.
7) PROHIBITED OBJECTS IN THE EVENT AREA
The following items are prohibited:
- Suitcases, trolleys, bags, and large rucksacks (with a capacity of more than 10 litres and/or dimensions exceeding 30cm x 22cm);
- Non-alcoholic or alcoholic drinks of any kind, in any type of container (there are bars within the Event Area where you can purchase these drinks);
- Food of any kind (there are food outlets within the Event Area where you can buy food and snacks)*;
- Animals of all kinds and sizes;
- Professional audio/video recording equipment (e.g. DSLR cameras) and remote-controlled drones. This does not apply to small smartphones and action cameras (e.g. GoPro).
- Power banks of any size larger than a smartphone;
- Bicycles, skateboards, scooters, hoverboards, roller skates, pushchairs and any other motorised or non-motorised vehicles;
- Tents, sleeping bags, chairs;
- Frisbees, boomerangs and other flying objects;
- Umbrellas, selfie sticks and tripods, and poles of any kind;
- Flags and banners displaying company logos;
- Pens, torches and laser pointers;
- Helmets, water bottles made of any material;
- Musical instruments and stadium horns;
- Narcotic drugs, poisons and other harmful substances;
- Flammable materials of any kind (with the exception of lighters – cigarettes, tobacco, e-cigarettes and heated tobacco products – such as iQOS and similar devices – are permitted);
- Dangerous and/or blunt objects;
- Liquids of any kind in containers larger than 10ml (including hand sanitisers and sun cream);
- Aerosol cans (including mosquito repellents, deodorants and sun creams).
- Medicines and/or opened eye drops and/or medical equipment (to bring these in, you must carry a prescription made out in your own name).
Any items not listed here may be brought into the Event Area, subject to any amendments and/or different assessments at the sole discretion of the law enforcement officers present at the entrance. Practical examples of the most popular permitted items: cigarettes, lighters, earphones, masks, handbags / bum bags / clutch bags / rucksacks.
Staff authorised by the Organiser reserve the right to confiscate unauthorised items, without guaranteeing that they will be held in safekeeping for the duration of the event.
*With regard to bringing food from outside into the Event Area, an exception is made for people with food intolerances (e.g. coeliac disease) and medical conditions (e.g. diabetes) that are duly certified. Such spectators may bring in the food necessary for their sustenance, subject to presentation at the entrance of the medical certificate confirming their condition.
8) PURCHASE OF FOOD AND DRINKS WITHIN THE EVENT AREA
Food and drink can be purchased at the Festival by topping up your cashless wristbands.
Wristbands can be topped up on site, either by credit card or cash, or via the app, which can be downloaded in advance or directly at the festival using the QR codes provided.
The cashless wristband is valid for all dates.
Any amount loaded onto the wristband can only be refunded once the Festival has concluded, subject to an administration fee, for amounts exceeding those stated on the website of the service provider.
The purchase and consumption of alcoholic beverages is restricted to those aged 18 and over. Authorised staff at the bars reserve the right to ask for a valid form of identification to be shown at the time of purchase and when serving drinks.
9) Festival Terms and Conditions and Ticket Office
In the event of cancellation by the purchaser for any reason whatsoever, there will be no refund of either the price of admission tickets or any additional fees.
In accordance with the regulations, tickets for the Festival and the performances are issued in the holder’s name and are not transferable to third parties, not even by proxy.
Staff authorised by the Organiser will check at the entrance to the Event Area that the details on the ticket match those on the ticket holder’s valid identity document. Should the details not match, the Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry, with no possibility of exceptions or refunds.
a) Bad weather
The Festival and the performances will go ahead even in the event of rain or other adverse weather conditions. Unless otherwise notified by the Organiser or ordered by the relevant authorities, the Festival and the performances will go ahead even in the event of any other adverse circumstances.
The ticket holder will therefore not be entitled to a refund of the ticket price should such events occur, unless the Show or Festival is officially cancelled, in which case the relevant conditions set out below will apply.
If the performance is definitively interrupted after it has been running for at least 45 minutes, no refund will be granted.
b) Loss, theft or misplacement of a ticket
Under no circumstances may tickets that have already been issued and have subsequently been lost, damaged, rendered partially illegible or stolen be duplicated or reprinted.
Nor can a replacement ticket be requested for a lost, damaged, stolen or even partially illegible ticket, whether for the same performance or a different one.
c) Changes to the programme, postponement and rescheduling
The Organiser reserves the right to change the venue and/or date and/or time of the Festival and the Show for technical or organisational reasons or due to force majeure (including, but not limited to, earthquakes, riots, storms, general strikes, epidemic diseases, etc.).
It is the participant’s responsibility to check this website regularly to ensure that the venue, date or time of the event has not changed. In the event of a change to the programme of the Show, the ticket purchased shall remain valid for the performance of the Show at the new venue and/or on the new date and/or at the new time.
If the start or end time of the performance is changed but the event still takes place on the same day as originally scheduled, or the venue for the show is moved to another location within the province where the show was originally due to take place (Province of Lecce) and the show still takes place on the same day as originally scheduled, no refund of the ticket price will be due.
In all other cases, unless the rescheduling to another date is due to force majeure rather than technical or organisational reasons, the participant may, in addition to retaining and using the ticket to attend the Show at the alternative venue or on the alternative date specified, also opt for a refund of the ticket price, where applicable, in accordance with the established procedures.
If the performance is definitively interrupted after it has been running for at least 45 minutes, no refund will be granted.
d) Cancellation of the show – Refunds
The Organiser reserves the right to cancel the event at any time due to force majeure or for technical or organisational reasons. In such cases, all information regarding ticket refunds will be published on this website and on the websites of authorised third-party ticket resellers, it being understood that, barring exceptions, the refund must be requested from the sales channel where the ticket was purchased and not directly from the Organiser. Under no circumstances will it be possible to request a refund directly at the box office of the venue.
Furthermore, it is understood that, unless otherwise stated, in the event of the Show being cancelled, the purchaser shall be entitled to a refund of the ticket price, including booking fees but excluding charges, commissions and/or any additional sums that the authorised reseller has requested and collected from the purchaser.
With the exception of the ticket price as stated above, the Organiser shall not be liable in any way for any costs, charges, expenses or damages incurred or suffered by the Spectator as a result of the cancellation of the Show or in any other instance where a refund is granted by the Organiser.
The Organiser accepts no liability for tickets purchased through unauthorised ticket outlets not listed in the Organiser’s official announcements.
If the performance is definitively interrupted after it has been running for at least 45 minutes, no refund will be granted.
(e) Cancellation of performances by one or more artists scheduled for the Festival
Unless otherwise stated clearly on this website from time to time, in the event that the performance of one or more artists scheduled as part of the Festival is cancelled or rescheduled without this resulting in the cancellation of the Festival as a whole, no refund, either full or partial, of the ticket price will be provided.
